The week started out okay - a couple of runs Tuesday and Wednesday, but Thursday I just couldn't wake up and ten it was down to my parents after work. Friday morning I started re-roofing my dad's tool shed and it ended up taking all day. Saturday we woke up, decided since we were close to go ahead and peruse the outlet mall. Found a few good deals, but nothing great.
We made it back home early afternoon, feeling exhausted. We all took a 2+ hour nap and felt somewhat better. Around 9:30 we headed out to watch the fireworks. It was still raining, but it was light. The fireworks were great. Lilli loved them. They kept going off over 30 minutes. Liili was fading fast (and so were we) so we left. This morning I had every intention of getting out for a run, but lacked any motivation to get out the door. It was still overcast and gloomy looking - not enticing for a run at all - or my mood. So no running today either.
I hope to start fresh agin tomorrow. We'll see how I feel in the morning. Another short week this week - taking Friday off to work on projects at home...
